Do you provide International delivery?

 

At this time, House of Allure ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, House of Allure ships merchandise to Canada and UK, the Caribbean and many other international locations. 

How do I return an item?


Merchandise purchased online can be returned via mail to our distribution center. We recommend shipping packages back with a tracking number, lost packages without proof of receipt will not be given exchange credit.    

* Please Note : Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

What is your returns policy?

House of Allure gladly offer exchanges on unworn products with tags attached with no sign of wear nor odor. We do not do refunds. Products should be shipped back to us no longer than 7 business days after receiving your items.

How do I track my order?

 

Order information may not appear in the tracking system until shipment. Please wait 24 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation email to track your shipment. When your order has shipped, we'll send you an email with a link to track your order. You can check the status of your package once it's in transit.

What are your delivery options?

  1. Flat Rate Shipping - 2-3 days to process order, 3-7 days delivery

  2. UPS Ground 1 - 5 Business Days depending on your zip code. Not Available for PO Box or APO.

  3. USPS Priority – United States Postal Service(USPS) Priority 2-3 Days (Average) for Most Areas.

  4. UPS 3 Day - 3 Business Days - Continental US excludes Alaska & Hawaii. Not Available for PO Box or APO.

  5. UPS 2 Day - 2 Business Days - Continental US excludes Alaska & Hawaii. Not Available for PO Box or APO.
